Counselling Support for Anger Management in Langley, BC

Break free from anger, and rebuild stronger connections

Is Anger Holding You Back?

Anger isn’t inherently negative, it is a natural emotion that signals deep needs or boundaries. But when it becomes overwhelming, reactive, or difficult to control, it can strain relationships, impact your well-being, and leave you feeling trapped.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Stress and tension feel constant, with little room to relax.

  • You feel misunderstood or judged because of your temper.

  • You want to manage your emotions better, but don’t know where to start.

  • Small frustrations quickly escalate into anger or outbursts.

  • You say or do things in the heat of the moment that you later regret.

  • Anger is affecting your relationships, work, or family life.

We’re Here to Help

Anger doesn’t have to control your life. Whether it shows up as irritability, sudden outbursts, or long-held resentment, counselling offers a safe path to understand your emotions, regain control, and build healthier, more supportive relationships

How Anger Management Therapy Supports You

Understand your anger: Identify what lies beneath the frustration: stress, fear, shame, or unmet needs.

Build emotional awareness: Learn to label your emotions, not judge them, which creates space to choose your response.

Cope with compassion: Learn assertive communication to express boundaries thoughtfully and respectfully.

Reframe thoughts and habits: Notice self-critical or all-or-nothing beliefs and gradually replace them with balanced self-talk.

Practice safe, guided exposure: Explore increasingly challenging situations in session.
