New Client Consultation
Get to know your therapist, their approach and share your concerns and goals for counselling.
20 minutes - FREE
Individual Counselling
Experience personalized support tailored to your unique journey with our individual counselling services.
50 minutes - $160
EMDR & Brainspotting
Receive trauma-informed support with EMDR and Brainspotting designed for your unique healing process.
50 minutes - $175
Couples Counselling
Strengthen your relationship and improve communication with our couples counselling services.
50 minutes - $190
In some instances you may be covered by 3rd party benefits such as; ICBC, Extended Health Benefits or other government or private funding

Sliding Scale Fees
We understand that finances can sometimes be a barrier to accessing the support you need. If financial concerns are preventing you from seeking help, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots throughout the year, designed to make our services more accessible to those in need. ICBC-funded counselling under Part 7 benefits.
If you’ve been involved in a motor vehicle accident and currently have an open ICBC claim, whether you already have a claim number or are working with a lawyer, you may qualify for ICBC-funded counselling under Part 7 benefits.
Our team has extensive experience supporting individuals recovering from accident-related stress, anxiety, trauma, and emotional challenges. We’ve helped many clients access the psychological care they deserve, and we’re committed to guiding you through the process with clarity and compassion.
There are no user fees or upfront costs for ICBC-approved counselling sessions when you work with us.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can provide timely support to all clients, we request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the session rate.
Accepted Payment Methods
We are a cashless clinic - we accept Mastercard, Visa, debit, and e-transfer for payment. For e-transfer payments, we require the payment to be sent prior to the scheduled appointment time. We kindly ask that you contact us before your appointment to arrange the payment details, if payment is not arranged prior - debit or credit card will be accepted. Please note that full payment is required prior to your session.

Many workplace extended health care plans cover some of our services. We kindly ask that you check with your insurance provider before your appointment to confirm coverage. Direct billing may be available for your insurance provider - please email us to inquire.
