Grounded in a trauma-informed and strength-based lens, my approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, I support you in uncovering your resilience, reconnecting with your values, and moving toward meaningful change.
