About Natasha Sani, MA, RCC
Registered Clinical Counsellor
ADHD- Certified Clinical Services Provider

Welcome, my name is Natasha, and I work with youth (12+), adults, and couples. My approach blends empathy, cultural awareness, and evidence-based practices to help clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Drawing from my diverse cultural background, personal experiences, and years of work in the social services sector, I support clients in understanding how their lived experiences have shaped who they are today—and how they can create the life they want moving forward.

Focus Areas

ADHD – As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider I take a strengths-based approach to ADHD, supporting clients in developing self-understanding, practical tools for focus and organization, and strategies for emotional regulation. My goal is to help clients embrace their neurodiverse strengths while addressing the challenges ADHD can bring both in family and relationships, careers and personally.

Anxiety & Depression – I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for exploring difficult emotions, uncovering underlying causes, and building personalized coping strategies. My focus is on fostering resilience, restoring hope, and supporting long-term mental health.

Anger – I help clients understand the roots of their anger, identify triggers, and develop healthier ways of expressing and managing strong emotions, leading to improved communication and stronger relationships.

Grief & Loss – I guide clients through the complex process of grieving, whether from the loss of a loved one, changes in health, or major life shifts. Together, we work toward acceptance, healing, and a renewed sense of meaning.

Relationships – I support individuals and couples in exploring patterns of communication, trust, and emotional connection. My approach focuses on helping clients build deeper understanding, strengthen relationship skills, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling bonds.

Life Transitions – I support clients through major life changes such as entering adulthood, career changes, or evolving family roles, helping them adapt with self-awareness, clarity, and confidence.

Trauma & PTSD – Using a trauma-informed, parts-based approach, I create a safe and supportive environment to process painful past experiences, build emotional stability, and foster a sense of empowerment and self-trust.

Education and Experience
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Science. Before becoming a counsellor, I worked extensively in the non-profit and social services sector, where I supported individuals and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. These experiences, along with my own journey as the eldest child of immigrant parents and as a mother of two young children, have deepened my empathy, cultural sensitivity, and understanding of life’s complexities.
